As the photographer or subject of an OSU student photo project, I am granting Michael Gorman, PAC instructor, the unconditional use of any and all photos submitted to him for a class project at Oregon State University.  I am aware that such photos may be used by Michael Gorman in conjunction with the submission of an article or book for publication, and I am releasing any obligation or claim for compensation for the use of my photo(s).  I also understand that the photos of which I am a part, will not be sold as a separate entity, but may be a complement to an article or book from which Mr. Gorman may be compensated, but, again, I waive any claim to compensation from him or any publisher of Michael Gorman's work for the use of these photos.
